In this paper,the behavious and character of time partial derivative of vertical magnetic field and its apparent resistivity for the TEM late time field excited by vertical magnetic dipole and horizontal electric dipole are discussed. Some problems about one dimensional inversion for them are studied,a practically applied inverse program is designed. It is shown that this in-verse program has better applied effect.
