Three sections of historical reviews of Lanzhou Institute of Seismology were introduced in the paper： firstly, the system reform of Lanzhou Institute of Seismology, China Earthquake Administration; secondly, the early founding of Observatory of Lanzhou Institute of Geophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences; thirdly, the early stage of master points of Lanzhou Institute of Seismology.
