To release the seismic intensity distribution information rapidly is needed shortly after a strong earthquake. Based on modern information technology and reference to the experience of international seismic intensity rapid report system, the seismic intensity rapid report system of Liaoning province is designed and developed in this paper, and the management and release of seismic intensity information is realized.
