After the preliminary study on certain features of seismic activity of the Alonggangri-Himalaya earthquake zone,this paper presents that the energy which is equivalent to an earthquake of M=8 has been accumu-lated in this zone and judging from the seismic active cycle and trend of removing,there will be possibility of the danger to burst forth an earth-quake more than M=7 around 1985 in its east.
