This paper has analysed the data from four earth-resistivity observing stations in Yunnan Province since 1980, and finds that there is a obvious anomaly of earth-resistivity from Tengchong station before the Lancang earthquake (M=7.6) . It has two features: first, the non-isotropic phenomenon of earth-resistivity is clear; second, the earth-resistivity prior to the earthquake has distinct Stages.
