Based on the historical and present data,this paper deals with some characteristics of earthquakes with magnitudes 5 or so in Shaanxi, such as seismic time interval,rhyme,rhythm,correlative earth-quakes and space-time distribution,which will provide the basis for seismic situation judgement in Shaanxi.
