On the basis of studies of predecessors, a new method--providing current in varying period is proposed. Basic principle of the method and its use in Terrameter are analyzed. Effect of removing stochastic error of the method is simulated by the test in laboratory and computer. The results show that the method is better in removing stochastic error.
