On the basis of airphoto interpretation,seismogeology survey and palaeoearthquake and historical earthquake study,the activity patterns of the Holocene faults in Huangshui basin are shown and the trend of seismic avtivities is predicted.It is found that the eastern part of the basin is an active structure block.
