Observation data of P-C type strainmeter at Xichang seismic station from 1995 to 1997 are processed by using a new method in fruit of the Eighth Five-year Plan Period. Short-term and impending anomalies before the Wuding M_S6.5 and Lijiang M_S7.0 earthquakes etc. are obvious in processed observation data.
