In exploration of short-impending earthquake prediction based on the infrared ground temperature anomaly from meteorologic satellites, how to exploit the analyzing-treatment system of the satellite for catching, defining and abstracting the earthquake precursor anomalies, analyze the time-space evolution of the anomalies and erect the prediction indexs for "three factors of earthquake" are introduced in the paper. Some earthquake prediction examples for using this method are given also.
